Your domain verification is pending or failing
What each verification status means, and how to fix one that isn't completing.
The statuses
Not added — no domain configured. Emails send from receipts@koarge.com.
Verifying — records added, Koarge is checking. Normal for a few hours.
Verified — working. Emails send from your domain.
Needs attention — it was verified and has stopped. Sending has reverted to receipts@koarge.com.
Stuck on verifying
Give it a few hours before assuming something's wrong — DNS propagation is genuinely slow and nothing you do speeds it up.
If it's still pending the next day, check the records. In order of likelihood:
-
The name field is wrong. Registrars that auto-append your domain are the usual culprit — see Send emails from your own domain.
-
A value got truncated or altered. Compare character by character against your screen.
-
Records were added to the wrong place. If your DNS is managed somewhere other than your registrar, records added at the registrar do nothing.
-
A record was saved but not published. Some registrars need a separate save or apply step.
Needs attention
It worked and stopped. Almost always something changed on the DNS side:
-
Records were deleted or edited during other DNS work
-
You moved your domain to a different registrar or DNS provider
-
Your registrar changed something on your behalf
-
The domain expired or is expiring
Check the records are still present and match what Koarge shows. Re-add anything missing.
What happens meanwhile
Nothing breaks. Emails fall back to receipts@koarge.com automatically, so buyers still get receipts and download links. You lose the branding and some deliverability, not the function.
If it doesn't work
If your records are correct, present, and have been for a day, contact support with your domain name.
