Selling subscriptions or recurring payments
Koarge doesn't do recurring billing yet. What's coming, and what to do meanwhile.
Not available yet
Every Koarge offer is a one-time purchase. Your buyer pays once, and there's no way to charge them again automatically.
That rules out memberships, subscription products, automatically billed retainers, payment plans, and instalments.
What's coming
Recurring subscriptions are planned for the Pro tier, along with a portal where your buyers can manage and cancel their own subscriptions rather than emailing you.
That portal matters more than it sounds. Recurring billing without one turns every cancellation into a support request for you, and in several places a buyer's ability to cancel easily isn't optional.
We're not putting a date on it. To hear when it lands, join the Pro waitlist from Billing in your dashboard, or from our website.
What you can do meanwhile
-
Sell a fixed-term package as one payment. Six sessions, or a year of access, charged once. Simpler for you and often an easier sell.
-
Invoice renewals yourself. Stripe can send invoices from your own Stripe dashboard, separately from Koarge.
-
Have buyers purchase again each time. The same offer and the same button work for a repeat purchase — it's just not automatic.
If it doesn't work for you
If recurring billing is essential to your business today, Koarge isn't the right tool yet, and no workaround changes that. If you've already subscribed and found this out, there's a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment — see Cancel your plan or close your account.
