Why can't I activate my offer?
The reasons an offer won't go active, in the order they're worth checking.
Stripe isn't connected
The most common cause. An offer can't be sold if there's nowhere for the money to go, so Koarge won't let you activate one until Stripe is connected.
Offers created before connecting save as archived. Go to Setup → Stripe and connect, then find the offer under Archive in Offers and set it active.
Your Stripe account is restricted
Connected but restricted means Stripe won't accept charges, so there's still nowhere for the money to go. See Your Stripe account is restricted.
The file is still scanning, or was rejected
Every file uploaded to a digital offer is scanned before it can be sold. On a large file this takes a moment — wait for it to finish.
If the scan rejects your file, it isn't attached, and a digital offer can't exist without one. Upload a different file. See Which files you can sell.
No price is set
An offer needs a price before it can be sold.
If it doesn't work
If none of the above applies, reload your dashboard first, then contact support with the offer name.
