Export your data

Settings → Your data → Download CSV. This covers your account, plan, offers, orders, and invoices in one file.

For orders on their own — filtered to a period, or formatted for your accountant — export from the Orders screen instead. See Export your orders.

Individual invoices are downloadable from Billing.

Files you uploaded aren't part of the export. Keep your own originals — the copy Koarge stores is for delivering to buyers, not a backup of your work.

If you've lost an original and only have the Koarge copy, contact support before closing your account.

For a full copy of the personal data held on your account, contact support. Depending on where you are, you may have a legal right to this, and Koarge will provide it regardless of where you are.

Export first. Closing starts a deletion process that isn't reversible — see Cancel your plan or close your account.

Take your data CSV, your invoices, and confirmation that you have your original files.

The export contains your buyers' email addresses. You're the merchant of record, so their personal data is your responsibility. Store the file securely, don't circulate it, and delete copies you're finished with.

• An orders export is missing orders. Clear any filter and export again.

• The file won't open properly. Import it as CSV with UTF-8 encoding rather than double-clicking, if your spreadsheet app mangles special characters.

• You need data in another format. Contact support and say what you need it for.
