What happens if your payment fails
What happens between a failed charge and your checkout switching off, and how long you have.
Why this matters more than most billing problems
If it goes unresolved, your subscription is cancelled and checkout stops on your Framer site. Your buyers see a button that doesn't work.
You don't lose data — you lose sales, quietly, while your site looks fine.
Nothing changes at first
Your account and checkout keep working normally while we retry. You can sign in, create and edit offers, and take sales exactly as before. Buyers are unaffected.
Koarge emails you each time a charge fails, through every stage of the retry period. Those emails are the only sign anything is wrong — nothing on your site or dashboard stops working, so they're worth reading rather than filing.
If it stays unresolved
At the end of the retry period, your subscription is cancelled. Your license goes inactive and checkout stops. Buyers can't pay you.
Fix it
Go to Billing and update your card. Access restores as soon as a payment succeeds — you don't need to republish your Framer site or reconfigure anything.
If the subscription has already been cancelled, start a plan again from Billing. Your offers, orders, and Stripe connection are all still there.
Why it failed
Usually the card expired, the bank declined it, or there were insufficient funds. Some banks block recurring international charges by default, which catches sellers paying a CAD subscription from another country — a call to your bank fixes it.
Nothing is deleted
At no stage are your offers, orders, files, or settings removed. Cancellation stops checkout; it doesn't erase anything. Buyers holding valid download links can still download until those links expire or hit their limit.
If it doesn't work

The new card fails too. Check it isn't expired and your bank isn't blocking recurring charges.

You've paid but checkout hasn't resumed. Reload your dashboard, then reopen the plugin panel in Framer.
