Create your account and sign in

Your account is created when you subscribe. Koarge emails you your license key and a link to set your password.

That link expires after 24 hours. If yours has, request a new one from the sign-in screen — you don't need to start over.

Your password must be at least 8 characters. Longer is better; a passphrase beats a short complicated string.

Go to your dashboard and enter your email and password. If you're already signed in on that device, you'll land straight on your Overview.

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. You'll get a reset link by email, valid for the same 24 hours.

• No email arrived. Check spam. If it's still missing after a few minutes, the address may have a typo — contact support and we'll correct it.

• The link says it's expired. Request a fresh one. Old links stop working as soon as a new one is issued, so use the most recent email.

• Your password is rejected. Check it's at least 8 characters and that caps lock is off.
