A tour of your dashboard

Your home screen. It shows your recent sales, a health strip summarising the state of your setup, and banners for anything urgent.

The health strip covers four things: your Stripe connection, your license status, your receipt domain verification, and delivery — how many files reached buyers, and whether any failed. If a delivery fails, an alert appears above the strip with a Resend option.

Banners here are deliberately rare. If one appears, something is costing you money or leaving a buyer without what they paid for..

Three tabs, one per connection.

Framer — everything to do with your site. Your license key (with Reveal and Copy), your license status, the address your checkout is published at, and when it was last published. There's a checklist of your setup steps showing what's done and when, and a link to unlink your site if you need to move to a different Framer project.

Stripe — connect, disconnect, and see your account status. This is also where you switch between test and live mode.

Email — verify your sending domain, add your DNS records, and brand your receipt and delivery emails.

Everything you sell. Create, edit, archive, and — for digital offers — upload files and set download rules.

Every completed purchase, with buyer email, amount, status, and delivery state. Search by buyer email, name, or order number. Test orders live in their own view.

Open an order and you'll see the payment breakdown, the delivery record — which file, how many downloads have been used, when the link expires, and when it was last opened — and actions to resend the download link or the receipt. Resending issues a fresh link and resets the download count.

Refunds are issued in Stripe, not here. Refund in Stripe on the order takes you straight to that transaction in your Stripe dashboard. Once you've refunded there, Koarge picks it up and updates the order status for you.

Your Koarge subscription: your plan, your invoices, and the card we charge at renewal. This screen is about what you pay Koarge, not what your buyers pay you.

Your sign-in details and account security. Change your name, your email address, or your password.

It also shows everywhere you're currently signed in — device, browser, location, and when each was last active. You can sign out of any one of them, or sign out everywhere else in one click. Worth checking if you've used a shared computer.

Under Your data, you can download a CSV covering your account, plan, offers, orders, and invoices. Closing your account also lives here — it cancels your plan, deactivates your checkout, and deletes your account data after 90 days. Transaction records are retained as required by law.
